We, at Voyage Hospitality have been associated with Hotel New Orchid & Spa, Gangtok, since 2015. First appointed as consultants, we have now partnered with the hotel under the Management Contract. From a simple guesthouse, the hotel has now been transformed into a 3-star property. Our work at the hotel involved taking care of the smallest details to create the big success that it now has. While as consultant partner, we did the complete concept planning, designing, survey and also developed a strategic business plan for the hotel. Now as Operation Partner, under the Management Contract, we take care of the complete operation management, revenue management and marketing of the hotel. Hotel New Orchid & Spa has won several awards under our management in the year 2016. In its very first year, it was recognised with the "Excellence in Customer Service Award" by East India Travel Awards. TripAdvisor has also recognised the hotel for its immaculate service with a "Certificate of Excellence" for 4 consecutive years. The hotel has also been recognised by many other online platforms for its high standards and excellent service.

At the outset, Hotel Denzong Shangrila was a budget hotel. Under the management of Voyage Hospitality, the first job was to renovate the building and give it the look and feel of a star property. With great detailing, the interiors and exteriors were given a facelift turning and transforming a simple, no-frill hotel into a luxuriant Hotel & Spa property. Taking care of every aspect to bring the best, under the management of Voyage Hospitality, it has won the Best Hotel consecutively in 2018, 2019 and 2020 by Trip Advisor. Not just that, the hotel has been a proud host to many Bollywood film stars, writers and cinematographers at the Global Cinema Fest, 2020 – the first international film festival to be held in Sikkim. As the official hotel partner, it won many praises for its seamless service.
Lower Pelling, West Sikkim
At the beautiful town of Pelling that attracts a major footfall of tourists. To serve the guests, Hotel Aryan Regency was created by transforming a 10-year-old building. The property, though old, had the potential to become a fine hotel space. Understanding the possibilities, the team worked on it. The work included the look of the hotel, the interiors and its feel, the detailing in the rooms and more. To add to this grandeur, we also added a rooftop lounge that would serve as a major attraction. Planning the place all the way through its first concept as well as providing technical assistance, Voyage Hospitality brought fine service, food, quality and accommodation to The Aryan Regency, Pelling.

At Hotel Orchid, we started all the way from the first concept plan. For this, we sent a mystery shopper who observed and analysed the shortcomings and worked towards making it the best. We began with the pre-operational work and then turned it into a property that would be sought-after at a location, set right at the heart of the town. With service quality, the best amenities and well as good value for money, Hotel Orchid is a popular choice among travellers looking to find quality accommodation close to the market.

At Voyage Hospitality, we developed the property and handed it back to our clients. With 20 guest rooms transformed into elegant room options and a tastefully done dining area, Hotel Sikkim Delight is now among the best hotels in Gangtok. After working on the rooms and the look of the hotel, we also started the operations of the hotel before handing it back, so that it could work smoothly and independently thereafter.
